Every year we do a survey to gather feedback about our organization and how we can improve. It's incredibly helpful and we love hearing what our community has to say!

Your feedback is super important to us. We've made tons of great changes thanks to your thoughts. People's suggestions regarding fundraising, marketing, website design (as examples) have been ground breaking. It's the feedback from you that helps our organization grow and stay strong.

For example, this question from our 2015 survey really showed where we needed to improve in our volunteer community. People are happy to donate, however only a tiny portion want to fundraise, take surveys, and travel volunteer.
