We've been building our website for more than two years, and we're coming to the point where we're wanting to finish designing the website and moving on to other areas of development, such as donations, fundraising and helping out. We want to wrap up the website designing process with a survey to see what people think about our charity.
We began working on the Website Improvement Survey on December 11th, 2014.
We ended our survey taking on March 19th, 2015. We are still working on suggestions.
The survey has seven questions, all of which give us greatly valuable feedback about our website, charity and newsletter. We're using that feedback (the literal suggestions and the data) to change and better our website. It's a relatively short survey, but it still provides us with a lot of data.
With surveys we need to have as wide an audience as possible, because having 10 opinions isn't enough for us to really analyze the data we receive!
That's why EVERY RESPONSE COUNTS and we need your help!

We're sad to see that no one picked Live Chat or Forums! This year's answers were very similar to last year's.

This was one of our favourite questions! Thanks to everyone who answered - we're definitely using this feedback! We learned that most people like our home page and fundraising section.

Good to know that the survey respondents mostly confirmed what we thought - making the website friendlier for donators and people who want to be financially helped by the charity.
And, majority of respondents - 83.33% - agreed that the website is user friendly for all audiences! That is an encouraging message to see that our website is overall pretty user friendly. |

This question we made mandatory this year, and we found some GREAT answers! It's good to know donating is popular, and that we need to encourage fundraising, taking surveys and travel volunteering. And, our base of donators is strong! Hooray!
